Job Overview

Join our team at A1 PARTY Rental as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)! In this role, you’ll act as a vital liaison, offering product and service information while resolving customer issues with precision and efficiency. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and are adept at problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of incoming calls with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assess customer needs, providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
Meet personal and team sales targets, along with call handling quotas.
Manage customer complaints, offering effective solutions and follow-ups.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Skills

Experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time position, $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance.

Experience in event planning (1 year required).
Driver’s License (preferred).
Ability to relocate to Covina, CA 91723 before starting work (required).
Work setting is in-person, Monday to Friday, in our office.
